The following privacy policy is intended to inform you in particular about the type, scope, purpose, duration, and legal basis for the processing of such data either under our own control or in conjunction with others. We also inform you below about the third-party components we use to optimize our website and improve the user experience which may result in said third parties also processing data they collect and control.

II. The rights of users and data subjects
With regard to the data processing to be described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right:
In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it discloses data of any such corrections, deletions, or restrictions placed on processing the same per Art. 16, 17 Para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, users have a right to information about these recipients.
Likewise, under Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the controller’s future processing of their data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.
III. Information about the data processing
1. External Hosting (Hostinger)
We host our website with the following provider: HOSTINGER operations, UAB Švitrigailos str. 34, Vilnius 03230, Lithuania.
For technical reasons, server log files (browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, pages visited, date/time, and IP address) are collected to ensure a secure and stable website. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the stability and security of the website). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Hostinger.
2. Cookies
a) Session cookies: We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly and secure (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). These are deleted when you close your browser.
b) Disabling cookies: You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. However, some functions of our site may be restricted.
3. Adobe Fonts
We use Adobe Fonts for the visual design of our website. Provider: Adobe Systems Incorporated, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts from Adobe servers. This allows Adobe to know your IP address. The use of Adobe Fonts is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an attractive presentation of our portfolio).
4. Vimeo
We use plugins from the video portal Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA. If you visit a page with an embedded Vimeo video, a connection to Vimeo's servers is established. Vimeo receives your IP address and info on which page you visited. If you are logged into your Vimeo account, Vimeo can associate your behavior with your profile. 5. Social Media (Instagram)
Our website contains a simple link to Instagram. No data is transferred to Instagram when you simply load our site. Data is only transferred if you actively click on the Instagram icon.
